Cycling Versus Triathlon

People who enjoy cycling may not be aware of the number of disciplines the sport includes. Triathlon is a relatively new bicycle competition that focus on endurance and speed, but is far from being a one-dimensional event. While cycling is probably safe for most adults, it is not as suitable for children. Cycling is much more like an athletic game where speed is key. If your child is in an area where cycling is allowed, they should be encouraged to ride to school, and be fully supervised at all times. Children may not be able to understand the dangers associated with cycling.
